The intent of the Project Management Playbook is to provide a start to finish guide for managing Abbott projects. The content of the Playbook can be scaled to accommodate any type of Abbott project. This can be a resource for anyone performing project related responsibilities at Abbott and has been offered through the Project Management Community of Practice (PM CoP).
