8.2 G OVERNANCE • Projects with RCE > $2.5MM (For CE Projects >$1.0MM, Divisional requirements may vary) Note: IT projects attend the BTS Gate Council meetings (see “Stage Gate Process – Gate Council Meeting” document for additional details. • Minimum Two (2) Assessments required: • 50% Project Completion • 90% Project Completion • 5 KPI’s: Cost, Schedule, RFT, Deficiencies, CO’s 8.3 PEG S CALABILITY • The Project would not need to have a new building or building expansion to apply the PEG principles. It is important to note that the PEG applies to any Abbott Project that has received RCE approval, including projects that mainly involve design, procurement, installation, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
