Deliverables/Output/Next Steps During this phase, the following deliverables should be documented and executed: • Construction, progress visits and debug o On-site constructionmanagement and progress visits are critical to establish performance vs. scheduled activities. Debug trials are necessary prior to FAT testing. • Factory acceptance testing (FAT) o Execution of pre-approved test plan from detailed design phase. Schedule contingency should be included to account for 2 FAT test cycles so that successful FAT testing is achieved prior to shipment. • Shipment, installation, and site acceptance testing (SAT) o Abbott site acceptance testing is typically a payment milestone and should be a thorough evaluation of installed equipment/utilities/facilities and controls. • Process Capability Assessment (Engineering Studies) o Sufficient process capability studies should be performed to achieve statistically significant sample sizes prior to qualification/validation phase. • Commissioning o Commissioning test requirements are covered in Corporate procedure, as well as division specific procedures and should be testing of integrated systems. • Integrated Schedule Review • Updated Risk Register
