What is FEP Lite? FEP Lite is a streamlined, scaled-down version of FEP for projects and programs $1.0MM- $2.49MM. Programs are typically characterized by reinvestments that involve ongoing, multiple, interrelated projects such as roofing, parking lots, bathrooms, equipment replacements (like for like), etc.
