T HE BELOW TABLE EXPLAINS THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN STANDARD FEP AND FEP LITE .
A Gatekeeper Assessment is an assessment of project readiness that is unique for projects meeting the definition of FEP Lite. It is intended to properly assess a capital project’s readiness during RCE Gate Review and provides a quantitative evaluation of the readiness and associated risks of a project. This is completed in lieu of a PDRI for projects using FEP Lite. Deliverables/Output/Next Steps Similar to projects following standard FEP processes, following RCE Gate Review and acceptable score of Gatekeeper Assessment, the project will be ready to submit for RCE Approval, and subsequently move into Execution phase.
